Key Responsibilities:

* Mobility and Transfers: Safely transfer clients from wheelchairs to beds or other mobility devices, and assist with walking and balance to prevent falls.
* Medication Reminders: Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals, and remind clients of their medication schedules.
Requirements:
* Certification and Qualifications: Hold a valid certification in personal care assistance, such as Certificate III in Individual Support.
* Skills and Abilities: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Personal Qualities: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when working with clients, and maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
