About The Role
* Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that inspire curiosity and support development, and wellbeing
* Create inclusive and stimulating learning environments that incorporate a variety of materials, spaces, and discovery-based approaches
* Build nurturing relationships with children to foster a sense of belonging and emotional safety
* Develop respectful and supportive partnerships with families, encouraging involvement and open communication to enhance each child's learning journey
* Work collaboratively within a close-knit team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations and a positive centre culture
About You
* A team player with a warm and friendly approach
* A respectful communicator focused on building strong relationships
* Passionate about creating an inclusive environment that celebrates each child's uniqueness
* Committed to the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
You Will Also Bring
* Experience in Early Learning education and care, preferably kindergarten age
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification) or working towards attainment (or willing to attain)
* Certificate - CPR (HLTAID009) (or willing to attain)
* Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012) (or willing to attain)
* Child Protection Certificate
