Job Description
Clinic Lead/Psychologist – Opportunity to lead and grow.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Psychologist to step into a leadership and practice management role within a dynamic and inclusive workplace in Mandurah.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional supervision and guidance to a diverse team of practitioners.
* Lead the implementation of innovative service delivery strategies while ensuring adherence to ethical standards.
* Curate a positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture.
* Manage a caseload of 10–15 clients per week, balancing clinical practice with leadership duties.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered Psychologist with relevant clinical experience.
* Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Commitment to diversity, integrity, and professional development.
Benefits & Compensation
* Competitive salary: $120,000–$150,000.
* Leave loading: 17.5%.
* Superannuation: 11.5%.
* Professional Development Allowance: $4,000 annually.
* Flexible work schedule: 0.8–1.0 FTE, hybrid arrangement.
* 9‐day fortnight option: available for 0.1 FTE.
* Fuel card and insurance coverage (registration and professional indemnity).
