If you have a passion for working with adolescents and are prepared to undertake shift work this will be a career pathway you should consider.

You will be responsible for the care and support of high school students in a boarding facility in North West Queensland. Current First Aid training, the possession of a Working with Children Blue Card and a car licence are mandatory.

A willingness to obtain a LHR bus licence is also required.

This is a 24hr, seven day facility with staff rostered on a variety of shifts throughout the week and the weekend. It is a rewarding career path and one to consider if you enjoy working with young people.

Step Into Your Next Chapter
* You will be working in a team of people who are responsible for the safe and secure environment away from home for secondary students in a boarding setting.
* You will monitor and liaise with students, parents and school on a regular basis to support and mentor students as they progress through school, ensuring their health and pastoral care needs are met.
* The ideal applicant should have experience in working with adolescents in a boarding school campus. Current First Aid training or a willingness to obtain a First Aid certificate, the possession of a Working with Children Blue Card and a car licence are mandatory.
* The successful applicant will have to undergo a Criminal History Check before employment commences. A willingness to obtain a LHR bus licence is required.
* This is a 24hr, seven day facility with staff rostered on a variety of shifts throughout the week and the weekend during school terms. This includes active/awake night shifts for each staff member.
