W Hotels Sydney is now seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. This key role is responsible for sourcing, securing, and maximising total revenue for the hotel across various markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales strategies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Drive revenue growth across all segments, including rooms, food and beverage, events, and spa services
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales to achieve sales targets and increase market share
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales and revenue generation
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience)
