**About the role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our Home Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering all in-home and centre-based services as funded through Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages and various other funding sources, as appropriate within the local community, ensuring a positive outcome for our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team
- Monitoring and reviewing the delivery of services to meet our clients' individual needs
- Undertaking regular risk assessments and seeking feedback with a continuous improvement approach
- Managing organisational efficiencies, including scheduling, productivity, and operational costs
- Quality and compliance relevant to the ACQSS
