Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital is part of South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD). This Executive Officer role provides strategic and operational support to the General Manager's Unit, driving performance, supporting executive decision-making, and contributing to the hospital's ongoing success. You will lead a team of Executive Assistants who manage high workloads and operate under pressure.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide high-level operational and strategic support to the General Manager's Unit at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital by coordinating and leading initiatives that enable the facility to achieve its performance targets, as outlined in the SWSLHD Strategic and Operational Plans, Board priorities, and the annual Service Agreement with the NSW Ministry of Health.
