About The Role This role serves as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and VACCA staff regarding safety screening requirements. It will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and delivering a seamless recruitment experience.
About You
Commitment to and understanding of the values that underpin VACCA's vision and purpose
Experience in a recruitment function with solid attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce work that complies with quality standards
A working understanding of the Equal Opportunity Act, Discrimination Act and Fair Work Act and how they relate to the recruitment function
A strong commitment to excellence in customer service and a hands‑on approach to service provision
Ability to contribute to team discussions, problem solving and decision making in culturally respectful ways
Ability to administer safety screening through multi‑tasking and prioritising tasks
Proficiency with MS Office and internet‑based information, including accurate data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements: Valid Police Check, a Working with Children’s Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence. Current COVID‑19 vaccination (Strongly Recommended)
