Currently we are looking for Cook Ethnic Cuisine.
Position is Full – Time permanent (40 hours)
Salary offered: $ 55,000 - $ 75,000

The ideal candidate of Cook will possess following attributes:
· Should be masters in a Dum pukht cooking technique associated with the Mughalai food.
· Must have extensive experience in two main aspects of Mughlai style cooking - bhunao and dum, or 'roasting' and 'maturing' of a dish. With classic and ethnic recipes and methods of preparation while maintaining the standard of food presentation.
· The right candidate will have extensive experience with Mughlai cuisine and be creative in developing recipes, with a passion to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
· Provide the high standard of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
· Run the kitchen, including the sourcing of ingredients, stock control, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
· Responsible for the quality, consistency, and production of the restaurant kitchen.
· Demonstrates culinary skills by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions.
· Coordinates menus, purchasing, staffing and food preparation for the property's restaurant. Works with a team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
· Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Develops and trains a team to improve results.
· May instruct apprentices and additional kitchen workers.
· Preserving food in spaces with controlled temperatures.
· May estimate food requirements and create diets.

* Previous experience in a similar role
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent quality food production and service.
* Sound leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to be highly organized, reliable, and responsible.
* Effectively work well under pressure
* Must be able to commit for the long term.
* Must have qualification in Commercial Cookery with at least 2 years relevant experience as an
Indian Cook (preferred).
