Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist
This role involves providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological. The primary objective is to support them in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes.
* Manage caseloads, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with employers and employees to develop injury prevention and workplace education programs.
* Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
* Conduct assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment and identify suitable employment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to think critically, and have the ability to work autonomously while being part of a strong team of driven healthcare professionals.
