About the Opportunity:

What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop, negotiate, and implement exclusive luxury travel products and experiences
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships across hotels, experiences, and destinations
* Identify trends and competitor insights to ensure product differentiation
* Lead contracting, pricing, and market positioning initiatives
* Oversee product content accuracy and internal communication of updates
* Coordinate team training, product familiarisations, and trade engagement activities
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-impact product campaigns
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in travel product management or contracting, ideally within the luxury sector
* Deep understanding of the Luxury travel market
* Proven negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen
* Exceptional relationship management and communication skills
* Strategic, creative, and solutions-focused approach
