Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced electrical Project Manager to join on high‐profile and large projects. The company is Australianowned and operated, specialising in the construction and fit‐outs of commercial projects throughout Queensland. They have earned their reputation within the industry through continually offering a high level of service to their customers, resulting in long‐standing relationships that assist them with on‐going growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Project management from concept to completion of a range of electrical projects.
* Maintain a clear and precise project plan showing key deliverables and milestones.
* Managing a team of up to 20 direct reports on site, ranging from foreman to tradesman and sub‐contractor.
* Liaise with key contacts including builders, contractors and manufacturers.
* Coordinate and attend project meetings with clients, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.
* Effective management of resources and labour.

Qualifications
* Relevant industry qualifications and licences.
* Communications licence with experience in structured cabling, fibre optic networks and coax installations.
* Experience managing small to medium scale projects.
* A high level of organisational, verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
* A great attitude toward teamwork and an ambition to thrive within the industry.
