This may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills and capabilities.About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Obstetrics and Gynaecology team as an Advanced Trainee Maternal-Fetal Medicine/COGU, where you will be responsible for:The provision of clinical services under consultant supervision to WCHN inpatients and outpatients predominately with a Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Certification O&G Ultrasound focus.Participation in all duties associated with Maternal-Fetal Medicine inpatients, including assessment of new admissions or Obstetric Unit consultations, care coordination, management of the day-to-day progress of assigned patients in the ward, discharge and follow up arrangements, during rostered hours of duty.Emergency and routine patient care procedures performed under supervision consistent with level of training and experience.Demonstrated commitment to clinical teaching and participate in associated research projects.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:MBBS or equivalentRegistrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General RegistrationClinical skills appropriate for the duties performed in the work unit.Ability to work as an effective team member in a multi-disciplinary environment.Advanced Trainee progressing towards Fellowship of the RANZCOG.What WCHN Can Offer YouRelocation financial support may be negotiated, subject to eligibility.
