We are looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our Richmond office (hybrid). The position offers a salary of $90 K – $100 K DOE. Candidates must have local market knowledge and full‐working rights (no sponsorship).
Responsibilities
As our Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid search campaigns across a portfolio of clients. You will be hands‐on with keyword research, campaign builds, bid management, and performance optimisation while also shaping the long‐term approach to ensure sustainable growth. While paid search will be your focus, exposure to paid social and programmatic will be useful for broader client needs. You will work closely with account managers and clients, presenting insights, driving innovation, and ensuring strategies are backed by performance data. You will also play a part in mentoring junior members of the team and helping shape best practice.
Qualifications
* 4+ years experience in paid search within a specialist or agency environment
* Australian agency experience
* Local market knowledge
* Proven track record creating and leading strategies across industries and campaign types including lead generation and e‐commerce
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Suite
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast‐paced environment while delivering strong results
