Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to support the commercial administration of contractors and subcontractors on our project.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive contract support, including claims management, contractor compliance, and contract administration planning.
- Monitoring contractor compliance through various systems and ensuring valid insurances, licenses, and management plans are up-to-date.
- Supporting health, safety, and environment audits and managing contractor breach tracking, risk registers, and project reporting.
- Liaising with commercial, finance, procurement, and accounts teams to resolve project issues and manage documentation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document control processes.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and construction project platforms is desirable.
