Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate complex calendar scheduling and manage appointments for senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing communication effectively.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office suite.
Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for senior executives, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Process expense reports and reconcile corporate credit card statements in accordance with company policies.
Act as a liaison between senior management and various departments, facilitating communication and coordination as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
Prior Investment Banking experience required.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
