About the Role
Domestic violence reduction is a key priority for governments. Safer Pathway is a collaborative response designed to provide accessible and effective support services to victims, with a focus on those at high risk.
Policing, justice, health, education, child protection and victim service agencies work together in an integrated manner to reduce threat to adult and children's victims of domestic violence.
NHS Health has a role as a partner in fortnightly Safety Action Meetings, which are part of Safer Pathway.
Participation in these meetings includes file reviews, attendance at fortnightly meetings and follow-up actions resulting from Safety Action Plans.
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in this important initiative.
