Job Description
With continued growth across QLD, the Resources and Industrial (R&I) team are running an 'Expression of Interest' from experienced Senior Electrical Designers with demonstrated mining, heavy industry and industrial experience to help drive the technical outcome for a range of projects from the Townsville office.
How you'll make a difference
* Delivering drafting and design on Resources and Industrial projects
* Mentor/lead juniors in the drafting and design team and wider Adelaide team.
* Working co-operatively with team members whilst liaising with engineers and drafters to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
* Maintaining, developing, and retaining the highest standard of technical design skills.

* 5 years+ experience in the design drafting on mining/industrial related projects – essential
* Highly proficient understanding of one or more core software packages including AutoCADand MicroStation
* Ability to develop concept designs from scratch with minimum supervision, ensuring innovation and safety is at the forefront of all early discussions.
* The ability to work collaboratively – a team player that enjoys developing engineering solutions in a team environment leveraging from both known technologies and innovative designs.
