Responsibilities
* High degree of autonomy, reporting to the C-Suite
* Review and adaptation of processes to align with requirements for each native plant
* Design and implementation of procedures related to priming, treating and QC seeds
* Monthly project updates
Requirements
* Proven project and team management skills and experience
* Evidence of exceptional, relevant documentation and communication skills
* Understanding of the scientific method and ability to read scientific literature
* Willingness to relocate to Cairns, Queensland
Preferred Experience
* Native Australian botany experience highly regarded
* Knowledge of seed and seed treatment technologies
* Startup experience
