Accounts Payable Officer Store: O'ConnorWork Type: Part TimeAbout the Role: Located at our Head Office in O'Connor, an exciting opportunity exists for a driven Accounts Payable Officer.
Our business is growing and requires a highly motivated individual to assist with the increased workload.
We currently have a permanent part-time role available.
Option to be offered full time may be available.
We offer flexible working hours, onsite gym and free parking.
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to: processing a high volume of invoices in Microsoft Dynamic NAV prepare invoices and remittances for payment run review prepare and process electronic transfers and payments check and post receipted purchase orders and purchase credit requests post transactions to accounts payable ledgers and process journals reconcile accounts payable transactions to supplier statements prepare analysis of accounts monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date maintain supplier files correspond with suppliers and respond to enquiries produce monthly reports and reconciliations Person To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following: Previous ERP (Microsoft Dynamic NAV/Business Central) preferable but not essential Experience in Microsoft 365, particularly MS Excel Previous experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail Sound communication skills Ability to work under pressure Able to cope with change Desire to learn and grow with the business If you believe your skills and experience matches the above criteria and you can commit to ongoing work, please apply by emailing your resume to: ****** Only successful candidates will be contacted.
