North West Finance is seeking a professional, friendly and organised Receptionist / Broker Administration Support officer to join our close-knit and hard-working finance and mortgage broking team in Broome.
This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time hours that fit around school schedules, with the opportunity to grow and progress within the business for the right person.
About the Role
Our valued clients are our number 1 priority. As the first point of contact for the office, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries
* Greeting clients and managing appointments
* General administration and data entry
* Assisting brokers with file management
* Managing emails and office correspondence
* Liaising with lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders
* Maintaining an organised and professional office environment
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has excellent communication and customer service skills
* Is well presented, friendly and professional
* Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Is confident with the Microsoft Office suite and has the ability to learn our industry-specific software systems
* Is able to work independently and within a small team environment
* Has previous administration, reception or customer service experience
* Experience in finance, banking, conveyancing or real estate will be highly regarded but is not essential
