The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 170 properties, with support provided across leasing and ingoings.
Your day‐to‐day duties will include:
* Landlord & tenant relationship management
* Repairs & maintenance coordination
* NCAT preparation & attendance
* Bond claims & outgoings
* Email management & general administration
* Working closely with the wider PM team to ensure smooth portfolio management
What You'll Need
* Previous Property Management experience
* Current NSW Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Strong communication and time management skills
* Experience using Property Tree & Inspection Manager preferred
* A proactive attitude and team‐first mindset
