Your responsibilities include managing and coordinating the development of sustainment strategies and plans to ensure the support and maintenance of submarine support systems.This involves delivering functional performance, supportability, obsolescence management, reliability, and maintenance requirements. You will operate under broad guidance to undertake complex activities that support Defence assets, adhering to legislation, principles, and procedures aligned with Defence objectives.You will exercise independence and leadership, exploring innovative support approaches and conducting systematic analysis to inform decisions.
