* Cultivate cross-functional relationships with other areas to support the delivery of maintenance services
* Demonstrate an understanding of SAP and BHP Standardised Work
* Coach and develop non-trade and trade personnel to optimize their skills and potential
* Analyze and resolve complex maintenance issues using troubleshooting techniques
