About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to help lead the growth and success of our Bunbury store.

You will lead from the front. Driving sales results, building a cohesive team culture, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high store presentation standards. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage performance, stock, merchandising, promotions and budgets. You will also work closely with the warehouse to support receiving, dispatch and customer deliveries.


Responsibilities

* Lead, coach and develop your store team to achieve sales targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
* Maintain high presentation standards aligned to brand guidelines.
* Manage stock levels, merchandising and product displays.
* Support warehouse operations and assist with customer deliveries as required.
* Manage wage costs, rosters and expenses.
* Ensure timely customer deliveries and follow‑up.


Qualifications

* 2 to 3 years in a retail leadership role, target based environment.
* Bedding experience beneficial but not essential.
* Values‑based leader who inspires, motivates and develops a high‑performing team.
* Hands‑on operator who leads by example and maintains high standards and non‑negotiables.
* Aligns strongly with management goals and takes initiative to drive actions with the team to deliver results.
* Strong sales drive with the ability to influence outcomes and hit KPIs.
* Quick problem solver, able to connect information, juggle priorities and take initiative.
* Customer‑focused communicator who listens deeply and helps customers achieve their vision.
* Available to work weekends and public holidays.
