Job Role:
As a Senior System Support Officer, you will play a key role in the development and maintenance of various Information Technology systems. This includes supporting software installations, configuration and general technical services for Laboratory Information system.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Participate in daily activities of specialist technical resources supporting clinical information provision.
* Conduct incident and problem investigation and management for Laboratory Information System.
* Support business analysis of requirements for new areas of implementation and development.
Knowledge across broad range of information technology solutions is essential, particularly in clinical areas like pathology, forensic sciences or public health.
Required skills include ability to analyse issues, develop collaborative solutions and deliver high quality work. Excellent client service skills within best practice framework are also required.
