Key Duties and Responsibilities
Conducting testing of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality and reliability
Developing and executing basic test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications
Identifying and documenting defects and issues
Collaborating with developers and business analysts to understand requirements
Performing regression testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Handling claims processing within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy
Providing support to end-users on Salesforce claims handling processes

Essential Criteria
The candidate MUST have some experience in Salesforce testing
The candidate MUST have basic experience in claims handling within Salesforce
