Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory through strategic account management and territory coverage.
- Build strong relationships with clinicians, providing product education, training, and case support.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations, showcasing clinical and technical expertise.
- Manage consignment and trunk stock, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Contribute to business growth by executing regional sales strategies and seeking out new opportunities.
- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity, maintaining sharp product and market knowledge.
- Maintain regular reporting and communication with leadership, including forecasting and account planning.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical devices, account management, or a similar role.
- Someone who is coachable, entrepreneurial, and curious, with the aptitude to grow into something bigger.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and build trust.
- Lives in Victoria and is able to travel regularly within the territory.
