Role Overview
A Lecturer in Defence Industries is responsible for providing quality educational services to students, including training, assessment, and guidance. This role involves working with relevant training package objectives and may include consultancy services to industry/community clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment practices to students
* Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in defence industries
* Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials
* Engage with industry partners to identify skills gaps and develop solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant industry experience in engineering (or related fields) and supply chain operations
* Experience in defence industries
* Qualifications in engineering or related fields
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Child Safe Environment Training
