Join our supportive team of Production Operators in Wodonga. We're looking for passionate, hands‐on people to help us continue making the high‐quality products pets and their owners love. This permanent, onsite role involves rotating shifts (Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings) across multiple parts of the factory.
What You'll Do
* Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and hands‐on checks.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations.
* Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring on‐time, high‐quality production.
* Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers.
Qualifications
* Interest in working in manufacturing.
* Reliable, willing to learn and adaptable to change.
* Desire to add value and continuously upskill.
* Strong problem‐solving abilities.
* High attention to detail.
* Relatable prior working experience.
* Trade certification is an added bonus but not essential.
