Claims Service Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our claims service team, you will be responsible for managing new Motor Fleet claims, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in call-centre environments, exposure to commercial and retail insurance, complaints, and motor fleet claims. You will possess strong communication skills, be able to manage high call volumes and build effective relationships with brokers and customers using digital tools and systems.
About the role
* Manage new Motor Fleet claims from inception to resolution.
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other digital channels.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive customer outcomes.
* Deliver empathetic, solution-focused customer service while fostering collaboration within the team.
