**The key elements of this role involve**:
- Providing prompt, professional and timely rework of electrical component
- Support our customers to resolve issues
- Have a logical and analytical mindset to fault-find issues
- Being punctual but flexible (if issues arise outside normal working hours)
- Implementing, operating and continuously improving processes
**Desirable qualifications and experience**:
- Manufacturing experience in a medium size business
- Experience in an electrical, auto electrical, engineering, mechanical, maintenance, or facility management **(Highly Regarded)**:
- Current valid Driver’s Licence
- Innovative with a continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of OH&S; and risk management
- Accurate timekeeping and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy
