The Opportunity
Join our Sydney GTS team as a Senior Internal Claims Adjuster, where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of complex property claims. You'll work closely with experienced adjusters and industry specialists, playing a key role in delivering fair, timely, and well-managed outcomes.

Key requirements
* Strong experience in General Insurance Property Claims
* Strong technical capability and sound judgement
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and insurance practices
* Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
* Ability to interpret complex information and act decisivelyStrong time management and prioritisation skills
* Resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* ANZIIF / ACLA qualifications (preferred)
