Community Safety Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a community safety officer. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting community safety and emergency preparedness through community education activities, fire inspections, and emergency response planning.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, emergency service providers, and members of the public. You will also be required to maintain equipment, attend training sessions, and adhere to QFES policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be physically fit, and have the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to understand and apply legislative, policy, and procedural requirements appropriate to the position.
