Role Purpose

Responsibilities
Providing an elevated guest experience is in your DNA - you understand that every plate contributes to a lasting impression. You will need to demonstrate:
* Technical talents that would make any MasterChef judge weak at the knees.
* A collaborative team player approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* You will be ambitious, proactive, and always strive to raise the bar
* You will possess a great respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures
* Your time management will be second to none
* Natural leadership capability - happy to train and support junior members of the kitchen brigade
* You will have availability to work across a 7-day roster including shift work
Please note the successful applicant will require full Australian working rights and will be a permanent resident. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
