About the Role
Join Western Health's Paediatric Services team as a Paediatric Allied Health Assistant. This role supports Allied Health professionals in delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based care to children and families across community health settings. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with therapy programmes, resource development, group and individual sessions, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Allied Health staff in providing paediatric services under supervision.
* Assist with therapy programmes, group activities, and client engagement.
* Prepare and maintain resources, toys, and assessment tools.
* Undertake administrative tasks including accurate documentation and data entry.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
