Business Support Officer
About the Role
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to staff, volunteers, and brigades. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing correspondence, reports, and other materials in accordance with departmental requirements.
You will also be responsible for coordinating training records, human resource, and finance administration activities, ensuring compliance with departmental policy and procedures.
Liaising and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial to this role.
Additional responsibilities include prioritizing workload effectively and performing duties responsibly in the absence of supervision.
