We are seeking a friendly, organized and professional Reception & Administration Coordinator to join our busy and growing office.
This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play an important role in ensuring the office operates efficiently while supporting a busy team with a range of administrative duties.
This role is generally Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, with the potential for additional hours as the role develops and business needs require.
We are seeking someone who is looking for a long-term opportunity and is willing to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Greeting clients and visitors
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing incoming and outgoing emails
* Processing applications and assisting with applicant communications
* Preparing documents, correspondence and electronic files
* Providing administrative support to the team
* Data entry and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating appointments and schedules
* Assisting with compliance and general office administration
* Managing office systems and ensuring information is kept up to date
* Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
About You
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A friendly, professional and positive attitude
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A willingness to learn and take initiative
* Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
* Experience in a similar administration role will be highly regarded; however, attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important. Industry experience is not essential.
