Role Overview
Ensure the assets and building are maintained properly, conduct daily site walks, proactively identify and resolve facilities issues, coordinate with vendors, and engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Respond to emergencies and assist with vendor management and reporting.
Requirements
* Diploma in Facility Management (preferred)
* 2-3 years’ experience in corporate facilities or hospitality
* HSE qualification (preferred)
* Ability to work independently, focus on quality, and communicate effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
