PRODUCTION MANAGER – FRAME & TRUSS

Brock Building Systems is seeking an experienced and hands‐on Production Manager to lead our Frame & Truss manufacturing operation.
This role is suited to someone who understands Frame & Truss manufacturing, production scheduling, labour management, quality control and delivering on customer commitments.
We are not looking for someone to manage from behind a desk.
We are looking for a leader who is prepared to take ownership, lead from the front, hold people accountable and drive performance throughout the operation.
Responsibilities
* Production planning and scheduling
* Team leadership and performance management
* Manufacturing quality control
* Labour and workflow management
* Inventory and material coordination
* Safety and compliance
* Continuous improvement initiatives
The successful applicant will ideally have experience within the Frame & Truss industry and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
