You will play a key role in service and workforce development, improving outcomes for older people while working collaboratively with stakeholders in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

WHO ARE WE?

The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network offers opportunities across our sites, from Kangaroo Island to Eudunda, wrapping all the way around our metropolitan areas. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to all our consumers, residents, their families, and the community. Our mission is to ensure that you always receive the best quality, safe, consistent, collaborative care and always with kindness. We do this by maintaining exceptional levels of care at all times supported by systems and processes that assure us of quality and safety of our staff and those we serve.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Do you have advanced clinical expertise in allied health and the ability to deliver and advise on complex services within aged care settings?
* Can you provide strong clinical and professional leadership, including supervision, mentoring and development of multidisciplinary teams?
* Are you experienced in service planning, redesign and workforce development to improve quality, safety and client outcomes?
* Do you demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence, collaborate and drive change across a health network?
* Are you committed to continuous improvement, including research, evaluation and implementing innovative, evidence-based practices in aged care?
HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
* Lead the development and implementation of high-quality, evidence-based allied health services in aged care across BHFLHN.
* Provide clinical and professional leadership, supporting and developing allied health staff to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care.
* Drive service planning, innovation and workforce development initiatives aligned with community needs and organisational priorities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen integration, coordination and consistency of aged care services across the network.
* Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve programs to enhance outcomes, manage risks and ensure service excellence.
WHAT WILL WE OFFER YOU IN RETURN?

At BHFLHN, you will be working in an environment surrounded by scenery and nature, with opportunities to extend, progress or consolidate your career with us. We offer support in the following ways:

* Salary packaging: a range of benefits up to $9,010 each FBT year + $2,650 for Meal Entertainment expenses each FBT year.
* Access to generous leave provisions and professional development opportunities.
* Support for you and your family via our Employee Assistance Program.
* Health and Fitness Benefits: Access to Fitness Passport, a discounted workplace health and fitness program available to BHFLHN staff and their families.
WHERE AND HOW YOU WILL WORK

As the Regional Lead, this role allows for flexibility to work across any of our BHFLHN sites by negotiation, or the ability to work remotely, and benefit from the work-life balance this provides, enjoying the freedom to further your career while remaining part of your local community and contributing to health care across regional South Australia.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW / WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR SUCCESS?

We are committed to integrity and high standards. You may be required to undertake checks detailed in the Role Description, including employment screening and relevant qualifications as specified in the attached Role Description.

OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

We employ people from diverse backgrounds and are an Equal Opportunity employer committed to providing an inclusive workplace.
