People & Culture Coordinator (Maternity Leave Contract – Graduate Friendly)
Salary: $75,000 + 14% Superannuation
Location: Onsite, free parking, Mawson Lakes, SA
Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm preferred (flex available between 8:00am–5:00pm)
Contract: ASAP start until Feb 2027 (strong potential to extend)
This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused People & Culture Coordinator position within the Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support TA Partners, manage documentation, and ensure a smooth experience for all new starters. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR/PC career who is sharp, organised and passionate about people and processes.
You will be the go‑to person for accurate documentation, contract creation and smooth onboarding administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare employment contracts, variations and new starter paperwork
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Manage onboarding administration and support new starter processes
- Track TA requests and coordinate with a team of five Talent Acquisition Partners
- Maintain employee records with high attention to detail
- Collate and update data in Excel (pivot tables, reporting, spreadsheets)
- Provide general People & Culture administration support
- Assist with process improvements and contribute to a positive employee experience

Must Have
- Solid administration experience (internships, junior roles or similar)
- Good written communication and ability to produce accurate documentation
- Confidence using Excel and learning new systems
