Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished senior leader to spearhead our Network Services team.

Main Responsibilities:
* Create a culture aligned with our values, fostering high levels of staff engagement and achievement.
* Lead the development of innovative capabilities spanning network, converged infrastructure, and hybrid cloud.
* Enhance monitoring and automation across our networks.
* Identify and implement improvements to continually improve the robustness of our communications services.
* Enable employee performance recognition and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to policy, system, and process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and disciplined documentation.
* Accountable for delivery of business service level commitments and measurement of performance.
* Accountable for asset management, lifecycle, obsolescence, & capacity planning.
* Ownership of IT Network Services governance & compliance to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification and up-to-date industry accreditations, including ITIL and Cisco.
* A history of leading and driving innovative capabilities and continuous improvement.
* Experience in leading, developing, and motivating IT Infrastructure and Operations teams.
* Broad knowledge of industry standards and understanding of IT policies and processes.
* Demonstrated ability to monitor and guide activities throughout service delivery and project lifecycles.
* Demonstrated ability to own and communicate responsibilities in relation to health, safety, and wellbeing.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage risks and issues to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.
* Extensive experience in large-scale, mission-critical IT network operations.
* Experience in Enterprise IT Network technology and Hybrid Cloud.
* Advanced knowledge of IT Network services covering data, voice, and video.
* Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
