Guided by experienced senior nurses, you will build on your professional knowledge and skills, delivering direct and comprehensive care, individual case management, education, counselling and group work to support consumers on their recovery journey.
Working in line with the National Mental Health Policy and Standards, and reflecting the values of SA Health, you will embrace accountability for your practice while engaging with a range of health professionals and community organisations to achieve the best outcomes for those in your care.
RN-2 As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide high-quality mental health nursing care across a variety of settings within the Mental Health Clinical Program.
With consolidated experience and/or further study, you will continue to grow from a competent to a proficient practitioner, taking accountability for your own standards of practice while guiding and supporting less experienced staff.
This predominantly clinical role also offers opportunities to contribute to teaching, research, and broader service initiatives aligned with MHCP priorities.
