Lead Educator Position Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop high-quality educational programs for young children.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for nurturing the next generation of learners and have experience in leading curriculum development with a focus on play-based learning and holistic education.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe and stimulating environment that meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children.
* Develop and implement engaging educational programs, ensuring a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Support educators in planning and delivering meaningful learning experiences.
* Oversee and approve centre Storypark posts.
* Collaborate with families to ensure each child's learning journey is supported and enriched.
Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively studying toward one.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
* Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
* Approved working with children Check.
* Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and care.
* Strong written communication and literacy skills, with the ability to document and communicate educational progress effectively.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday in the pre-kindergarten room.
