Customer Service Representative – Aviation Call Centre (Full-Time Casual)

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking to be part of the fast-paced aviation industry?
Our client – a leading name in the airline industry – is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their call centre team located at their corporate head office in Mascot, Sydney.
This full-time casual contract runs from now through to the end of December, with potential for extension into 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the travel industry's busiest season, helping customers with their journeys during the Christmas holiday period.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for passengers, supporting them with:
* Logistics/freight and freight forwarder experience is highly desired
* Handling disruptions and assisting with rebooking
* Answering general queries and providing timely, accurate information
* Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
You'll be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where no two days are the same!
What We're Looking For
We're on the lookout for customer service professionals who can hit the ground running with:
* A strong customer-first attitude and a passion for helping people
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, full-time hours
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications
* A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach
* Experience working in high-volume call centres.
Highly Regarded Experience
* Previous experience in aviation customer support
* Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM/call centre platforms
* Work with one of Australia's most respected airline brands
