Kanda is seeking a hands‐on case manager to join our growing Children, Youth & Family Services team full‐time in Beenleigh. This role supports young people in residential care whilst leading a small team of residential care workers, ensuring safe, consistent, and person‐centred support.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of residential care workers to deliver consistent, high‐quality care
* Develop, implement, and regularly review individual plans to meet the needs of young people
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners to ensure coordinated, holistic support
* Ensure mandatory reporting and administrative tasks are completed with accuracy and in a timely manner
* Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and stakeholder discussions to support communication and continuous improvement
* Provide direct care support to young people as needed to maintain continuity of care
About You
* Demonstrated experience in children, youth & family services or similar sector at a manager or supervisor level
* Qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree) in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Social Work or a related discipline
* Strong understanding of Child Protection principles and working with government/non‐government agencies
* Excellent leadership, decision‐making, and interpersonal skills
* Valid driver's licence, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
