We're partnering with a leading global IT consulting firm to find a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant who can lead client engagements and deliver impactful Microsoft Business Applications solutions across Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights—with a strong focus on Copilot and AI-driven capabilities.
The Role
* Lead workshops, gather requirements, and design fit‐for‐purpose CE solutions
* Advise clients on optimising processes using out‐of‐the‐box Dynamics 365 and AI features
* Own functional solution design and collaborate with technical teams on delivery
* Support UAT, data migration, and integration discussions
* Contribute to presales, proposals, and ongoing client growth
What You Bring
* Proven experience in a lead Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting role
* Expertise in at least two: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights
* Strong understanding of Copilot in Dynamics 365
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
