This position is ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career in residential sales while gaining hands on mentorship from a successful Director within a prestigious and fast paced environment.
You will be involved in all aspects of the sales process, assisting with buyer management, vendor communication, prospecting, campaign coordination and negotiations, while building your own profile within the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting the Director with day to day sales activities and campaign management
* Managing buyer enquiries and conducting follow up communication
* Attending open for inspections, auctions and private appointments
* Prospecting for new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships
* Supporting appraisals, listing presentations and vendor reporting
* Coordinating marketing campaigns and property launches
* Database management and CRM updates
* Building strong relationships within the local community and market
* Delivering exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors
About You
* Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong desire to build a career in the industry
* Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Well presented, professional and highly organised
* Self motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast paced, high performing environment
* Confident using CRM systems and digital platforms
* Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Immaculate personal presentation
