We are currently looking for an enthusiastic andinnovativeLifestyleAssistantto join our friendly team on a Part Timebasis 4 days a week from 9:00am – 5pm.
What does your new role look like?
* Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery
* Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times
* Communicating effectively with residents,familiesand volunteers
* Assisting with care plans and programs
* Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
* Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed
About you:
Above all, youwill align to ourValues of Bold, Warm and Honest. You Will be able todemonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
* Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure - essential
* Experience in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* A person-centred focus and commitment to providinga high levelof service
* Proven initiative and the ability tothink outside the boxwhen tailoring activities.
* Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
* Willing to obtain anNDIS Clearance Check if successful
* Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
